What You Will Do
Responsibilities include receiving inbound customer phone calls, greeting and assisting drivers, coordinating and tracking repair orders, ensuring timely action on disputes and warranty, and maintaining repair orders. The Service Writer also stays informed of current service bulletins, recalls, and warranty information.
