Job Description
Role Overview

The Service Writer ensures quality customer service and support in person, via phone, or e-mail. This role involves quoting service work, selling additional services, updating customers, and contacting them when quotes and/or work is completed with final pricing.

What You Will Do

Maintain complete job files, create repair orders, prepare shop invoicing, and interact with the service management team and technicians. Daily yard checks, logs, and updates are also required.

Requirements
