Role OverviewThe Service Writer is a critical team member in the service department, providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance needs. They will schedule appointments, submit repair orders, and assist customers in recommending additional products and services. The Service Writer will also be responsible for explaining technical issues to customers and completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
