Role Overview

The ServiceNow & Armis Security Implementation Analyst serves as a primary technical advisor, platform configurator, and cybersecurity implementation specialist supporting Zenith’s federal delivery team. This role is responsible for deploying, integrating, securing, and optimizing the unified ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and Armis CentrixTM cyber exposure management platforms across highly secure federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community environments.

What You Will Do

Partner with federal stakeholders to facilitate discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate mission objectives into user stories and workflow designs. Design and implement integration of Armis real-time agentless discovery data with the ServiceNow CMDB using IRE and CSDM. Configure and optimize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), Configuration Compliance, Threat Intelligence, and related SecOps capabilities.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years supporting federal, defense, or regulated enterprise cybersecurity implementations
  • Minimum 3 years supporting ServiceNow SecOps, ITOM, or cybersecurity platform implementations
  • JavaScript and Glide API development experience
  • REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML integration experience
  • Working knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
