Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in business analysis or process engineering
Experience in mapping and documenting current business processes (As-Is) and designing future states (To-Be)
Minimum of one year of experience in ServiceNow platform delivery
Proven ability to analyze business requirements within a ServiceNow environment, capture technical specifications, and define actionable user stories, use cases, test plans, and scripts
Established track record of collaborating with project stakeholders and development teams to facilitate the delivery of technical solutions
