Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 0–2 years experience with ServiceNow
- Minimum of 0–2 years experience with Agile fundamentals and Agile team environments
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
- Experience with structured requirements gathering techniques, testing, user acceptance testing, and process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project scopes
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage multiple priorities effectively
