What You Will Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions. Translate functional requirements into detailed Agile user stories and supporting documentation. Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 0–2 years experience with ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 0–2 years experience with Agile fundamentals and Agile team environments
  • Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
  • Experience with structured requirements gathering techniques, testing, user acceptance testing, and process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project scopes
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage multiple priorities effectively
