Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer 1 to join our team at HDR. As a ServiceNow Developer 1, you will configure and develop ServiceNow components, assist with incident, defect, and enhancement work, and collaborate with administrators, developers, and stakeholders. This is an on-site role with scheduled on-call flexibility and a 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday work window.

Requirements

  • Configure and develop ServiceNow components such as forms, workflows/flows, UI policies, and basic scripts.
  • Assist with incident, defect, and enhancement work for ServiceNow applications.
  • Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities using update sets.
  • Follow established development standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with administrators, developers, and stakeholders on assigned tasks.
