Role OverviewBright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development, including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.
What You Will Do
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, build workflows, write clean scripts, develop scoped applications, build integrations, implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences, and develop and maintain CMDB integrations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
- Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Experience with Service Portal widget development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
