Role OverviewWe are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas. The successful candidate will lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies. They will develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities, conduct business value assessments, and recommend adoption strategies across various ServiceNow modules.
What You Will Do
The ServiceNow Technical Architect will configure and customize ServiceNow modules, perform health scans, and manage integrations with third-party tools. They will also collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for ServiceNow engagements.
