As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will provide valuable insights and deep subject matter expertise pertaining to ServiceNow product capabilities and complementary technologies. You will engage with customers, design and deploy ServiceNow solutions, and lead technical aspects of project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience within a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience
  • Expertise in the IT domain related to ServiceNow products
  • ServiceNow certifications in relevant areas
  • Proficiency in Web Technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Web Services, XML) and experience in a SaaS environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
