What You Will Do
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
- Certifications (Required/Preferred): Junior – CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD, Intermediate – CSA and at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD, Senior – CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD
