Job Description
Join MANTECH as a ServiceNow Architect and shape the future of defense with advanced tech and innovative solutions. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions.

Requirements

  • Lead the architectural design and technical governance for the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications utilizing JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to navigate system requirements
  • Oversee system integrations and data flows between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline development lifecycles and platform administration
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
