Minimize machine downtime, utilize proper handling techniques, and maintain a safe work environment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements
- Knowledge of CMS in areas of properly reporting production and scrap
- Proper loading/unloading techniques
- Proper handling techniques to minimize product damage
- Attendance at all safety training and meetings
- Maintenance of a safe work environment
- Visual inspection of chops for quality issues/physical damage prior to processing
- Rolling buns and staging them as required
- Keeping the area neat, organized, and clean as well as following 5S principles
