Job Description
This Services Account Executive role focuses on representing Unified Support and Consulting Services across the sales framework to accelerate cloud growth and AI transformation. The role requires a high-impact salesperson who can drive growth through enhanced solutions, strategic partnerships, and account management. The ideal candidate will align services with customer goals and contribute to renewal rates and new accounts.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in professional services sales & Cloud transformation
  • Proven ability to co-create transformation plans with AEs, CSAMs, and STUs
  • Deep understanding of Unified Base Services and Enhanced Solutions
  • Skilled in account planning orchestration, including long-term visioning and 3-horizon roadmap
  • Comfortable engaging across all MCEM stages: Listen & Consult, Inspire & Design, Manage & Optimize, Empower & Achieve
  • Strong partnership with ATU, STU, CSAM, and SSP roles
