Job Description
As a Services Solution Engineer I at AppLogic Networks, you will play a critical role in helping customers deploy, integrate, and operate Sandvine solutions in real production environments. You will design, implement, and integrate Sandvine solutions into customer production environments, perform system installations, configuration, and deployment testing, and troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including IP, TCP/IP, and protocols such as RADIUS, DNS, and DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems for configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, or KVM
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support project delivery
