Job Description
We are a great company with great people, and we are looking for a Junior Mortgage Loan Processor who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines
  • Ability to order and review all verification documents
  • Ability to independently calculate all types of self-employed income
  • Ability to assist in funding a minimum of 20 units per month
  • Ability to monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions
  • Ability to communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite mortgage process.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
