Role OverviewAs a Setup Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment, conducting quality checks, and assisting in recording production and inspection data. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on equipment, as well as providing support to the maintenance team. This role requires basic math and reading comprehension skills, as well as the ability to follow standard work and SOPs.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and ensuring proper operation of manufacturing equipment, conducting regular in-process checks of quality attributes, and assisting in recording accurate production and inspection data. You will also be responsible for performing set ups, changeovers, and cleaning the work area throughout the shift.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to read, speak, and comprehend instructions in English
- Basic technical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to follow standard work and SOPs
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively as a member of a work team
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, FDA controlled, or cGMP environment (preferred)
