Role OverviewThe Cocoon is hiring a Sexual Violence Advocate to work with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, providing advocacy, safety planning, and case management from an empowerment model.
What You Will Do
The Sexual Violence Advocate will provide assistance and coverage to other staff as needed, and work flexible hours to accommodate evening or weekend hours.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years related experience, and strong advocacy and communication skills, as well as knowledge and experience serving victims of sexual violence.
