Job Description
The Inside Sales Coordinator manages customer orders from RFQ through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution through coordination with internal teams and ongoing customer communication.

Requirements

  • Comfortable managing high daily volume with accuracy
  • Manage RFQs through quotation and customer purchase orders
  • Communicate delivery commitments, delays, and recovery plans to customers
  • Coordinate with engineering, planning, operations, and quality to resolve issues and drive order progression
  • Manage NCRs, customer feedback, and RMAs through internal coordination and closure
  • Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure orders are complete at entry
