Role OverviewJoin Vista Care and empower individuals with developmental disabilities as a Shared Living Supervisor, guiding, training, and overseeing providers to ensure exceptional, person-centered care.
What You Will Do
Mentor providers, conduct QA audits, drive person-centered care plans, coordinate client healthcare needs, conduct routine visits to Shared Living settings, and serve as an on-call resource for incident response and emergency support.

- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
