Role Overview

LMI is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the redesign, development, and modernization of Digital Process Solutions for an Air Force customer. The Power Platform Developer will be experienced with using SharePoint and Power Platform software for automation, documentation, and reporting. The role requires leveraging the Agile Way of Working to engage stakeholders and meet customers’ needs.

What You Will Do

Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, and applications to modernize legacy solutions. Develop SharePoint solutions using SharePoint development frameworks (e.g., Power Platform). Test and debug SharePoint solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.

A background in digital transformation, development, and/or User Experience/Human Centered Design is highly desired.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate

  • Target salary range: $105,000.00 - $125,000
