Role OverviewRQ Construction is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Installers to join our Mechanical team for ongoing projects at Kings Bay Naval Base, GA and the surrounding area. The role requires applying mechanical knowledge, interpreting project requirements, and using appropriate tools and equipment to complete quality installations.
What You Will Do
Fabricate and install ductwork, air distribution systems, and HVAC equipment on active construction sites. Meet applicable codes and standards while following established safety procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade experience
- Journey-level sheet metal work in a commercial or facilities operations environment is required
- Government, military, or large commercial/industrial construction experience preferred
