Job Description
Upchurch is seeking a Sheet Metal Journeyman to join our team and support commercial HVAC/MEP construction projects, involving layout, fabrication, assembly, and installation of ductwork systems and related sheet metal components.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sheet metal experience in commercial HVAC/MEP construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in the use of sheet metal tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of SMACNA standards and commercial duct installation practices.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
