Assist in shelf life study design and execution, maintain panel documentation, manage inventory, and perform data analysis. Coordinate panel schedules, maintain panel kitchen and room conditions, and facilitate panels.

Requirements
- A.S. or B.S. degree in science, culinary, baking, or related area
- 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, culinary environments, or food handling
- Solid understanding of mathematics and data analysis
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
