Role OverviewThis role is responsible for building the ceramic shell on our wax assemblies that will be used to cast our metal products. The shell is applied both through a manual dipping process, as well as the operation of robots. The team uses state-of-the-art technology to create components that power some of the most recognizable aircraft in the world.
What You Will Do
Operate robots and monitor conveyor lines and key process variables, clean and fill tanks, make ceramic slurry, wash, rinse and dry wax assemblies, prepare and load wax assemblies on hangers, unload hangers of finished shells, perform operator maintenance checks, and complete travelers and logs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Read, write, and speak English
- US Person Status
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shift
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 pounds
