Role OverviewAdvocates at NEKCA build strong relationships with the community and participants to set goals and see positive outcomes for families and individuals. This position is an Advocate for the NEK Shelter Program in the Community Based Services Department, supporting participants in accessing safe and dignified emergency housing.
What You Will Do
Perform intake, collect and report data, assess participants in crisis, work collaboratively with community partners, and support guests at the Shelter.
