Job Description
Under the supervision of the Shelter Operations Manager, the Shelter Shift Leader will maintain cleanliness and order of the Shelter building and grounds during the shift. Responsible for supervision of other shelter monitors, intakes/screening, meal service, laundry and showers, outside service providers, and documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CA driver's license (preferred)
  • Experience in social services/substance abuse (preferred)
  • Experience in informal mental health/substance abuse evaluation
  • Experience with disadvantaged populations (preferred)
  • Experience in leading a team (preferred)
