Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is seeking a Shift Engineer to perform general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years building maintenance experience and good communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, etc.)
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record required
