Job Description
Thompson Palm Springs is now recruiting for an experienced Shift Engineer (PM). The Shift Engineer will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Requirements

  • General maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas
  • Back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Basic trouble-shooting skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum of three years building maintenance experience
  • Hotel experience preferred
