Job Description
Shift Foreman - 2nd Shift job requires leadership, safety, and manufacturing experience. Sealed Air designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods transported worldwide, preserve food, enable e-commerce, and digital connectivity.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years’ manufacturing experience required
  • Paper mill and/or papermaking experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Self-motivated team player who can act with minimal direction
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
