Job Description
As a Shift Lead 1 at Leslie's, you will support the performance of a Leslie's store, collaborate with the General Manager, and lead by example to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include increasing sales and customer counts, ensuring safety protocols, identifying new talent, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience leading a team (preferred).
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
  • Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
  • Minimum of one year of retail experience (external) or proven track record in the capacity of a Lead for at least 6 months with successful completed testing on Basic, Intermediate and Advanced training modules (internal).
