Job Description
Leslie's is seeking a Shift Lead 2 to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a clean store environment, and assisting with merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Customer service experience or retail experience
  • Experience leading a team (preferred)
  • Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
  • Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs
