Leslie's is hiring a Shift Lead 2 to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in retail operations. The role involves greeting customers, completing sales transactions, maintaining store environment, and assisting with merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Customer service experience or retail experience
  • Experience leading a team (preferred)
  • Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
  • Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs
