Job Description
Leslie's is seeking a Shift Lead 2 to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations. The Shift Lead 2 will maintain a clean and welcoming environment, assist with merchandising and inventory control, and complete sales transactions using the POS system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Customer service experience or retail experience
  • Experience leading a team (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
