Job Description
The Member Service Shift Leader will be responsible for leading and providing direction to ensure execution of fundamentals when a manager is not present as well as creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Requirements

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk related activities including: answering phones, checking members into the club, and facilitating needed updates to members accounts.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
  • Follow "Lost and Found Policy" and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
  • Submit summary of shift details to leadership team daily.
