Job Description
Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a Shift Lead to support its mission, values, and vision. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED, preferred
  • Prior retail experience or customer service/relations experience preferred
  • 6 months supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills, bilingual a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to complete and maintain: CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Reliable transportation and communication required
