Job Description
Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area helps people transform potential into opportunity by providing education and career services, as well as on the job training, to individuals with barriers to employment. As a Shift Lead, you will support Chattanooga Goodwill's Mission, Vision, and Values, and maintain agency, employee, and participant confidentiality. You will also supervise store personnel, develop and train associates for career growth, and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED
  • Prior retail experience or customer service/ relations experience
  • 6 months supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Interpersonal skills, bilingual a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation and communication
