Job Description
Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a Shift Lead to support the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The Shift Lead will supervise store personnel, provide excellent customer service, and maintain agency standards.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED
  • Prior retail experience or customer service/relations experience
  • 6 months supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
