Job Description
Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area seeks a Shift Lead to support its mission and vision. The successful candidate will have prior retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED
  • Prior retail experience or customer service/relations experience
  • 6 months supervisory experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
