Role OverviewThe Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. They also engage with customers, resolve issues, and model customer service best practices.
What You Will Do
The Shift Lead will complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested. They will also assist with warehouse and vendor ordering, register sales, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
