Role OverviewThe Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management, ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. They engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and model customer service best practices. They also assist with operations, including registering sales, reviewing order exceptions, and maintaining inventory counts.
What You Will Do
The Shift Lead will complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested. They will also assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash reports, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payment. They will maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
