What You Will Do
Uphold Lidl's standards for cleanliness, freshness, product availability, and customer service. Run assigned shifts, carry out key operational tasks, and follow established processes for stock handling.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 21 years of age or older

- Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs.
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain state-specific store alcohol licensing as needed
