Role OverviewThe Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of store management, ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. They model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
What You Will Do
The Shift Lead will complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers. They will also assist with and coach other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering process.

Requirements
