Role OverviewThe Shift Lead is responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of store management, including starting up required systems, handling cash, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
What You Will Do
The Shift Lead will complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers. They will also engage customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
