Role OverviewThe Shift Lead assists the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensures all guests have an outstanding experience. The role involves supervising assigned stations, directing and supporting team members, and preparing food, operating POS, and stocking supplies as required. The Shift Lead must also monitor safety and security protocols, ensure all workstations are clean, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and friendly manner.
