Role OverviewThe Shift Lead will assist the manager in executing and maintaining operations at the cafe establishment. They are responsible for delegating tasks, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring all operations run smoothly when the manager is not present.
What You Will Do
The Shift Lead will ensure all operations are consistently maintained to a high standard, remain calm in stressful situations, communicate effectively with team members and manager, and assist team members to solve problems and increase efficiency in their performance.

Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
