Role OverviewAs a Shift Lead, you'll play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for baking and packaging cookies, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. You'll also participate in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include accurately handling and packaging cookies, performing cashier duties, and contributing to kitchen operations. You'll also need to be physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs, standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.
