Role OverviewAssist the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensure all guests have an outstanding experience. Supervise assigned stations for an entire shift and direct, support, coach, and provide professional leadership to team members. Become certified in all stations including shift management, food handling, cash handling, customer recovery, and catering.
What You Will Do
Prepare food, operate POS, and stock supplies as required. Monitor safety and security protocols, ensure all workstations are clean, and resolve customer complaints in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager following established procedures and safety policies.

Requirements
- Less than high school education, GED or high school degree preferred
