Role OverviewThe Shift Lead will assist the manager in executing and maintaining operations at the cafe establishment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for team members and smooth operations when the manager is not present. This role demands 25-30 hours per week, with work hours varying depending on orders placed. The Shift Lead will have opportunities to serve the team by creating a positive team environment, assisting team members to solve problems, and executing closing duties, opening duties, and general bakery operations.

Requirements
