Job Description
The Member Service Shift Leader will be responsible for leading and providing direction to ensure execution of fundamentals when a manager is not present, creating a positive member experience, and providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Requirements

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones and assisting callers, checking members into the facility, and facilitating needed updates to members accounts.
  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
  • Submit summary of shift details to leadership team daily.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
